The Professional Squash Association (PSA) will reportedly feature more than 200 live pay per view matches per year on its official website following a 5-year lucrative partnership sealed with Perform, a digital sports company. PSA is an organization that governs men’s professional squash.

Having pay per view options on its website has always been PSA’s plan in a bid to reach more audience and encourage the site members to continue visiting the page for the latest news, updates and videos.

Aside from live game coverage, the online video content will include highlights, interviews of players and behind the scenes features. The members will also have the option to download the complete coverage of favorite matches and squash racket smashings.

The PSA’s website will undergo a revamp to accommodate the pay per view platform and at the same time, update the readers of the latest rankings of their favorite players and user-friendly designs are also being considered.

PSA CEO Alex Gough said that squash is becoming a major global sport and played by more than twenty million people globally. He added that with the inclusion of pay per view platform in the website, the figures are expected to rise and interest on the game will continue to heighten.

Minor PSA-sponsored tournaments are being considered for inclusion in the pay per view options.
